The ND-HW (C) high-frequency infrared carbon and sulfur analyzer adopts a high-frequency induction furnace combined with a combustion infrared carbon and sulfur analysis system, which can quickly and accurately determine the carbon and sulfur content in various materials such as ordinary carbon steel, high, medium and low alloy steel, cast iron, gray cast iron, ductile iron, alloy cast iron, various iron alloys, silicon iron, manganese iron, nickel iron, lithium iron, chromium iron, rare earth metals, coke, coal, slag, catalyst, ore, etc. This product adopts advanced international and domestic technologies and is a high-tech product that integrates optoelectronics, computer science, and analytical technology, with multiple domestic technologies.

2、 Main features:
1. High frequency induction combustion furnace:
1) Combustion system: Power 2.5KVA-3.5KVA (adjustable current/power, adjustable furnace temperature, suitable for samples of different materials), oscillation frequency 20MHz.
2) Oscillation system: Using self-excited directional coupler power feedback oscillation, 7.5KVA high-frequency power tube, military grade ceramic electronic tube, and ceramic vacuum capacitor are selected to reduce the load on the high-frequency combustion system, improve its service life, ensure consistent output power, and ensure full combustion of the sample.
