This instrument is a high-precision, rapid, and non-polluting infrared carbon and sulfur analyzer, which uses an arc combustion furnace and an infrared carbon and sulfur analysis system to meet the needs of detecting carbon and sulfur content in materials such as high- and low-alloy steels, carbon steels, stainless steels, and petroleum catalysts. It is a high-tech product integrating optoelectronic machinery, computers, and analytical techniques, with many domestic technologies.
The main technical parameters include measurement ranges of carbon: 0.001-10.0000% (expandable to 99.999%), and sulfur: 0.0005-0.3500% (expandable to 99.999%). The analysis time is generally around 35 seconds (excluding sampling and weighing time). The instrument has an accuracy of better than GB/T223.69-2008 standard for carbon and better than GB/T223.68-1997 standard for sulfur.
