The operation of the high-frequency carbon-sulfur analyzer

Preparation work

(1) Check whether the instrument is intact and whether all components are installed in place.
(2) Check whether the connections of the power cord, signal line, etc. are firm and whether the grounding is good.
(3) Check whether the gas path system is normal and whether the gas source pressure meets the requirements.
(4) Check whether the sample processing system is normal and whether the sample preparation is sufficient.

Power-on operation

(1) Turn on the power switch of the instrument and preheat for 5 minutes.
(2) Turn on the computer and enter the instrument operation software.
(3) Set the analysis parameters, such as analysis method, sample weight, number of analyses, etc.
(4) Put the sample into the sample processing system for sample processing.
(5) Put the processed sample into the high-frequency furnace and start the analysis.

Analysis process

(1) The high-frequency furnace is heated to the set temperature and maintained at a constant temperature.
(2) The computer controls the heating power of the high-frequency furnace to measure the absorption spectrum of the sample at a constant temperature.
(3) According to the measurement results, the computer calculates the content of carbon and sulfur.
(4) After the analysis is completed, the high-frequency furnace is cooled to room temperature and the instrument power is turned off.

Power-off operation

(1) Turn off the computer and exit the instrument operation software.
(2) Turn off the instrument power switch.

Daily maintenance

(1) Check the appearance of the instrument before use every day to ensure that there is no damage or pollution.
(2) Clean the surface of the instrument after use every day to keep it clean.
(3) Check the gas path system weekly to ensure that the gas source pressure is normal and there is no gas leakage.
(4) Check the sample processing system weekly to ensure that the sample processing is normal and there is no blockage or wear.

Regular maintenance

(1) Check the connections of the power cord, signal line, etc. monthly to ensure that the connections are firm, without loosening or damage.
(2) Check the grounding situation monthly to ensure good grounding and no leakage.
(3) Check the inside of the high-frequency furnace quarterly and remove impurities such as carbon deposits and ash deposits.
(4) Check the gas path system every six months and replace the worn gas path components.
(5) Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the instrument every year, including the appearance, gas path system, sample processing system, high-frequency furnace, etc. Repair any problems in time.

Troubleshooting

(1) When the instrument is in an abnormal situation, the instrument power should be turned off immediately to find the cause.
(2) For electrical faults, professional personnel should be invited for maintenance.
(3) For gas path faults, the gas path system should be checked and the damaged gas path components should be replaced.
(4) For sample processing system faults, the sample processing system should be checked and the damaged sample processing components should be replaced.
(5) For high-frequency furnace faults, professional personnel should be invited for maintenance.

The operator should be familiar with the usage method and operating procedures of the instrument and operate strictly in accordance with the operating procedures.
During the operation, attention should be paid to safety to avoid accidents such as electric shock and scald.
During the use, it should be kept clean to avoid the influence of pollution such as dust and oil stains on the analysis results.
During the use, severe vibration should be avoided to avoid affecting the instrument performance.
During the use, long-term continuous operation should be avoided to avoid affecting the instrument life.
During the use, regular maintenance should be carried out to ensure the stable and reliable performance of the instrument.
