The installation steps of the oxygen-nitrogen-hydrogen combined tester
Choose the suitable installation location: It should be installed at a position close to the gas source to be measured to reduce the influence of gas flow on the measurement results. At the same time, the installation location should avoid the influence of environmental factors such as high temperature, high humidity, and strong magnetic field.
Install the bracket: Install a stable bracket at the selected installation location for fixing the combined tester. The bracket should have sufficient strength and stiffness to prevent the instrument from falling off or being damaged due to vibration.
Connect the air pipe: Connect the air pipe with the gas source to be measured. Pay attention to the good sealing of the air pipe to prevent gas leakage. At the same time, the length of the air pipe should be adjusted according to actual needs to ensure the accuracy of the measurement results.
Connect the power supply: Connect the power cord to the corresponding power socket. Pay attention to the power voltage should meet the requirements of the instrument to prevent instrument damage due to excessive or insufficient voltage.
Debug the instrument: After completing the above steps, turn on the power and debug the instrument. First, check whether the display screen of the instrument displays normally, and then perform zero calibration and full-scale calibration. Zero calibration is to expose the instrument in a gas-free environment to make the reading of the instrument zero; full-scale calibration is to expose the instrument in a known concentration of gas environment to make the reading of the instrument reach full scale. After the calibration is completed, the instrument can be put into use.
The operating process of the oxygen-nitrogen-hydrogen combined tester
Turn on: Press the power-on key to put the instrument into working state. At this time, the display screen of the instrument should display the current gas concentration value.
Set parameters: Set parameters according to actual needs, such as gas concentration unit, alarm value, etc. These parameters can be modified and adjusted as needed.
Start measurement: Exposed in the gas environment to be measured, the instrument will automatically measure the gas concentration. During the measurement process, the instrument will display the gas concentration value in real time, and give alarm prompts according to the set alarm value.
Read data: After the measurement is completed, the measurement data can be read through the display screen. At the same time, it can also be connected to a computer or other device to transfer the measurement data to other systems for analysis and processing.
Turn off: After completing the measurement task, press the power-off key to put the instrument into the power-off state. At this time, the display screen of the instrument should display as zero or no-load state.
Maintenance: In order to ensure normal operation and service life, the instrument should be maintained regularly. The main contents of maintenance include cleaning the surface of the instrument, replacing the sensor, checking the power cord, etc. When performing maintenance, attention should be paid to complying with the instrument's user manual and relevant safety regulations.
